I’m Adam, a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and the founder of True Grit Training. For me, fitness has never been about shortcuts or chasing quick fixes, it’s about building discipline, resilience, and strength that lasts long after you leave the gym.I know what it’s like to struggle and to hit walls. I built True Grit Training to cut through the gimmicks and focus on what works: smart training, accountability, and consistency.Whether you’re new to the gym or ready to push past plateaus, I’ll meet you where you are and push you past where you thought you could go. My goal isn’t just to help you hit numbers on a scale or a barbell, it’s to give you the confidence, energy, and strength to take on life outside the gym with the same grit you build inside it.
